Professional Dog Groomer

Immediate part-time opening in our Grooming Department for experienced and ambitious person.

Experience:

  • 2+ years professional grooming experience with references.
  • Experience working with dogs of various sizes, breeds and temperaments.
  • Knowledge of breed specific cuts.
  • Following specific grooming instructions as given by dog owner.
  • Experience bathing, drying, brushing, specific shaves, cuts and trims.

Position Description:

  • MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • Must have good communication skills with fellow team members.
  • Must be patient and gentle with the canine clients.
  • Must be reliable, flexible, and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely.
  • Must maintain a clean grooming environment.
  • Must be a team player, upbeat, willing to work hard and have a Love for Dogs!

Daycare Attendant & Kennel Technician

We have immediate full and part-time openings for hard working, detail-oriented people who love dogs of all shapes and sizes. 
All About Dogs cares for dogs 365 days a year including Saturdays, Sundays, and every holiday.
Candidates must be able to work during hours of operation.
Training is provided.

Positions start at $12.00 per hour.

Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as we are open 7 days a week. •
Stand for long periods of time • Lift at least 50lbs •
Have reliable transportation •
Must be punctual and flexible as we are open for business 365 days a year.

Daycare Attendant

  • Monitor groups of dogs during off-leash play.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Be observant and detail oriented.
  • Be physically able to do cleaning of daycare areas.
  • Be comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
  • Be creative and descriptive about the individual dogs in your care.
  • TYPICAL SHIFTS: AM = 6:45am – 1:00pm, PM = 12:45pm – 6:30pm

Kennel Technician

  • Take care of our overnight guests.
  • Provide meals and water.
  • Administer necessary medications.
  • Spend one-on-one time with each guest.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to adhere to strict care schedule.
  • Be physically able to do cleaning of the kennel rooms and surrounding areas.
  • Be creative and descriptive about the individual dogs in your care.
  • TYPICAL SHIFTS: AM = 6:45am – 2:00pm, PM = 1:45pm – 9:00pm
