Overnight drop offs will be offered from 12pm – 1pm and overnight pick ups will be offered from 10am – 1pm with late check out’s allowed until 7pm by appointment.
Because our office will be closed, we do require that a credit card is on file or that payment arrangements have been made for all overnight pick ups. Please note that we will not be able to make changes to any reservations on these days and our phones will be limited to current overnight boarding guests only.

Our overnight suites are a big step up from an ordinary dog boarding facility. We have 58 luxury rooms divided into four individual dog boarding areas. These are separate from our daycare and grooming areas, to create a quieter, more relaxed environment. Your dog will receive specialized attention from our staff members, with individual play times scheduled for each boarder. The rooms are available for either a day-sit or overnight stay.
All rooms are 44 sq. feet (5 1/2′ X 8′). Wall height is either 6′ or 8′.
What To Bring Your dog’s comfort is very important to us. We encourage you to bring your dog’s favorite food, treats, toys and bedding, but please limit it to a few of your dog’s favorites. Any belonging brought into the kennel will be labeled with a permanent marker using your last name or your dog’s name. This includes bedding, toys, food containers, scoops, medication, carriers and bags of food or treats. We have a large supply of stainless steel bowls. Unless your dog requires a special feeding bowl such as a slow feeder or bowl riser, please leave their bowls at home.
Attention Boarding Clients, Effective Immediatelywe are requiring that all deposits are paid at the time of booking in order to hold a reservation. We are no longer able to take deposits after a reservation is made. If you are unable to pay your deposit upon booking, we will not be able to book your reservation. A $50 deposit is required during peak capacity periods and over all major holidays. Peak capacity periods are every Friday – Sunday between Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you currently have a reservation and still owe for your deposit, we will be contacting you to collect payment for that deposit.

Our pricing is per room. Multiple dogs are permitted in a room but MUST reside in the same household. The comfort of the dogs is of primary importance.

$55.55 per room per night – single night over any major holiday (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas)

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for ALL cancellation otherwise you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee regardless of the length of stay.
Reservation Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any reservation that falls during peak capacity periods and major holidays. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice of the reservation.
There are no drop off or pick up hours before 8:00am or after 7:00pm daily.

For your convenience we have a Customer Vet Sheet that you may take to your vet to ensure your dog meets our health requirements.
Requesting a Reservation: If you create a boarding reservation in your client portal and space is not available you will receive an email stating that you have been added to the wait list for the dates requested. Please contact us at 440-708-1364 if you do not wish to be on the wait list.

* Dog must pass a free evaluation to participate. Harnesses are used for the safety of your dog. Participants must sign our walking service agreement. All walks are weather permitting and staff available. Multiple dog family discount is available.
